People come to the Alexander Technique for many different reasons. Because it is a method of mental and physical re-education, it can have a positive effect on a wide range of stresses and ailments, including back pain, neck or shoulder pain and other muscular/skeletal problems, headaches, RSI, breathing difficulties, sports and performance strain, stress related conditions, anxiety and depression; as well as enhancing performance, improving vitality and general wellbeing.
However, the Alexander Technique is essentially about experience. To truly understand it, I would encourage you to come along for a trial lesson and experience it for yourself. Please
click here to book a lesson, or I would be very pleased to hear from you if you would like further information.
